How we use your personal data
We will only use your personal data where the law allows us to, including managing our relationship with you, and where it is necessary for our legitimate interests.
This includes sharing your personal data with professional advisers acting as processors or joint controller including lawyers, counsel, and regulatory bodies, based in the UK.
We will never share your details for the purposes of third party marketing or advertising without your express written consent.
If a change in ownership happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
These include two factor authentication on devices where your data is stored.
Email messages are stored on third party servers in encrypted format.

Cookies are designed to assist with the ease of navigation around our website and enhance the user experience. If you leave a comment on our site or fill in a form for submission you have the opportunity to opt in to saving your name, email address and website and so on in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page (where present), we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If for instance you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
